But there I was - with a bit of a 911 and unsure what to do.

Called, left word, saying I had a few emergent questions and would be SO grateful to hear back that night so I could figure out the next day... and the Owner KEVIN called within 10 MINUTES - on a Sunday nite.

Several years ago, Mills Pest Management completely eliminated a major rodent problem around our property, which included having rats dig through a space into our kitchen and walls. Thus, when we recently discovered termites in our garage, we called Kevin, the owner of Mills, for help. The next day, the company sent out Drew, who punctually arrived at the designated time and carried out a thorough inspection. Unfortunately, along with termites in the garage, there was evidence of them under the house.
