But there I was - with a bit of a 911 and unsure what to do.

Called, left word, saying I had a few emergent questions and would be SO grateful to hear back that night so I could figure out the next day... and the Owner KEVIN called within 10 MINUTES - on a Sunday nite.

Hired Mills Pest Mgmt. to help me with an ongoing termite problem I had in my building. Kevin was very helpful and knowledgeable about my problem and was able to resolve my problem the same day. The 2 previous companies I tried before Mills Pest couldn't figure out my problem which was very frustrating and a waste of time and money. I continue to use them for pest control every month now and am very pleased with the high level of service and great results. Highly recommend to anyone!
