Several months ago, my wife and I had a neighbor whose backyard appeared to be a breeding ground for rats. Although I reported the situation to the city, we soon had rats under our house and in the attic. Worse yet, several of them immediately appeared in our kitchen.

Honesty, integrity & quality work. If these three are important to you look no further than Mills! We had severe termite damage in our guest house--the subfloor was roached (pun intended) and causing nasty plumbing issues. Fear not! Kevin and his world-class team diagnosed the problem in short order--replaced the flooring--and now everything is ship shape!
